What to include

To make a support request easier to investigate, include your macOS version, Onlink version, the feature involved, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are useful when they do not reveal a public IP address or other information you prefer to keep private.

Network and speed-test issues

Mention whether you were using the Cloudflare or M-Lab provider, whether a VPN or captive portal was active, and the exact error shown by Onlink. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or private network credentials.

Privacy and legal

Read the Privacy Policy for details about local storage and network endpoints. Use of the app is covered by the Terms of Use.
